Thank you for considering Computer Bank, Inc. for your donations. They are greatly appreciated by us and the recipients of your equipment.

For large shipments, please contact us for arrangements.

For small shipments, please use the following instructions to facilitate your donation of computer equipment.  All shipping by third-party services must be pre-paid by the donor to enable us to use our limited funding for parts,  software, and distribution expenses. (No C.O.D.’s)

1. Send only the items listed on the “Donations” page, or contact us for approval.
2. Reuse the original boxes and packaging if available, or follow the carriers’ packaging recommendations to limit breakage.
3. Print, fill out and e-mail the donation form below to us, so that we can expect your shipment.
4. Please wait for an e-mail reply before shipping.
5. Ship by the least expensive ground service.
6. After we receive your shipment, a receipt will be e-mailed to you.
7. All hard drives will be wiped clean asap after arrival. If you wish to do this yourself you may visit:
